NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE TO: Jesse L. Dorsey 9179 Harrison Ferry Rd. McMinnville, TN 37110 WHEREAS, Jesse L. Dorsey, by a Deed of Trust dated May 6, 2021, of record in Record Book 533, Page 438, Register's Office, Warren County, Tennessee, conveyed to Thomas O. Bratcher, Trustee, the hereinafter described real property to secure the payment to Security Federal Savings Bank of a promissory note fully described in said Deed of Trust; and WHEREAS, the owner and holder of said note has demanded that the property be advertised and sold in satisfaction of said indebtedness, and the costs of the foreclosure, in accordance with the terms and provisions of said note and Deed of Trust; and NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that I, Thomas O. McMinnville, TN 37110 Said property will be sold subject to any and all unpaid taxes that may be a lien against said property.
